I went to My Care today since I have been feeling very sick for the past 5 days. Everyone there is amazing and the doctor was extremely helpful. He didn’t rush me at all and explained all my symptoms. I went to two other doctors' offices this week and none of them prescribed me any sort of medication to get better, just told me it was a virus. The doctor at My Care prescribed me medication and explained what sickness I have. I highly recommend going here! Amazing amazing amazing!!!

Dr. Naseer is amazing! He saw my very croupy 14-month-old this morning and was so kind and gentle with her, he even managed to get a few smiles from her! He explained the treatments to me in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. His office is beautiful and very well maintained, and his receptionist is absolutely lovely as well!

Online scheduling for a day-of appointment was so easy! I was seen quickly, didn’t have any wait or even need to take a seat in the waiting room, and my concerns were addressed. I needed a covid test to return to work, even though I didn’t have symptoms that warranted a test, and they were happy to provide me with one as well. The doctor also gave me a book he wrote to take home to my curious six-year-old! Over all I am very pleased with the experience I had at the clinic.

The appointment was easy to make. Check-in was quick and efficient. The nurse was kind and easy to talk with. The Dr was professional and asked great questions on my symptoms. MyCare is a great place from booking your appointment to getting the needed medication. Thank you, Staff.

I had the best experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care. First of all, the wait was very short and Dr. Naseer was super sweet and explained everything very well. He even called to check up on me a couple days later to see how I was doing! That was the first time a doctor has ever done that! Highly recommended.

I was traveling and looking for an Urgent Care and found this GEM! Dr. Naseer has incredible bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I was able to book an appointment online and get seen immediately when I entered the office. They also can fulfill prescriptions IN OFFICE!! genius!

Best experience! I went in for foot pain and had a thorough exam and felt like Dr. Naseer took his time and explained everything well. Front desk was friendly and the lady who did my X-Ray put me at ease. You could tell she had experience and knew how to use the X-Ray machine!

We had such a great experience here at MyCare Express Care! I had completely forgot about my appointment due to a family emergency. They had texted me to check up on me and make sure everything was ok and see if I wanted to reschedule! When I was able to make it in with my son, we got in right away. The wait time was non-existent. We got straight back to a room. And we didn’t have to wait but MAYBE two minutes for the doctor! Dr. Naseer was amazing. He took the time to really listen to what was going on and make sure he understood. Once he checked my son out, he sat and explained what he thought was going on with him and showed real concern and compassion. He told me to call any time if I had any questions or concerns. He was GREAT! The staff was great too. They said goodbye to Noah by name and told him they hope he feels better. I wish this wasn’t an urgent care so I could make it my Primary Care doctor! I felt comfortable and welcome the entire time. The doc was so kind and patient and caring. I’m so happy I found them! I HIGHLY recommend MyCare Express Care!

Took my 11-year-old daughter in for a visit. They were friendly, quick and attentive. Dr. Naseer called 2 days later with culture results and to follow up on how she was doing.
We hate to have to go for urgent care visits, but when we have to go, we will go back to MyCare Express Care!

Dr. Naseer is always caring, patient and knowledgeable to my treatments. He is the best Dr. in Urgent Care for Normal/Bloomington. My son and myself will continue to receive treatment at his office.

Highly recommend! Friendly staff and was able to walk in right when they opened at 7am. Got medication for my bronchitis and Dr Naseer was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had.

The only urgent care I will go to from now on. I have been to various facilities and this one is above and beyond. I went for a terrible sinus infection and the whole process was super-fast and easy. Was out the door with my prescriptions. Staff are very professional and friendly.
