MyCare Urgent Care in Bloomington, IL offers a membership program that is designed to provide exclusive benefits, personalized care, and convenient access to a wide range of healthcare services. For only a monthly fee of $75, we can give you the highest quality of care and support.

Convenient Appointments

You can opt for a walk-in session or have appointments within 48 hours. It is advised to schedule one 24 hours in advance, but rest assured that members will be provided a preference for appointments. Additionally, we offer in-person or virtual visits depending on what you need: urgent care, chronic illness, and physicals.

DirectCare will make all efforts to address your medical needs in a timely manner, but there might be delays in calls, scheduling, and appointments due to the medical acuity of patients, patient volumes and needs, and unforeseen circumstances.

Our clinic strives to address your different healthcare needs. To identify the best treatment for you, we provide the following:

  • Labs: Blood Counts/Hemoglobin, Kidney/Liver Function, Cholesterol, Sugar
  • Office Tests: COVID, Strep, Flu, RSV, Urine, Pregnancy, Glucose
  • Referrals, Tests, or Imaging Orders (May Require Appointments)

Access to Medicine and Equipment

Do you need a specific type of medicine? If it’s available at our clinic, we can provide it for you. Additionally, we also offer discounts on medical equipment you may need.

Patient Portal

Gain access to our convenient patient portal that connects you with our medical staff in person, virtually, through phone calls, and more. You can also communicate directly with our physicians for any questions you may have.

Can I use my HSA plan?

HSA plans can be used for membership fees; all tax-related inquiries are referred to the member’s accountant to follow IRS guidelines.

Why do I need this if I have insurance or primary care?

No, with the membership, there are no additional out-of-pocket costs. You just have the monthly fee.

Do I need insurance?

DirectCare is NOT an insurance plan or a replacement for medical insurance, and members are encouraged to continue to have medical insurance for any major medical needs, medical emergencies, hospitalizations, surgeries, etc.

Does this use insurance?

DirectCare does not bill insurance.
