Self-pay Option
Medical care is essential, but many patients feel they are unable to access it due to lack of insurance coverage or because they are unable to afford the large co-pay from their expensive, high-deductible plans. We don’t want anyone to ignore their health, so we offer affordable, low self-pay rates for all of our available services.

Insurance Coverage
For patients with qualifying insurance, simply bring your insurance card and valid ID to your visit and we will directly bill your carrier for any provided service and treatment. Any co-pays for your visit will be determined by your insurance carrier. If you have secondary insurance, please be sure to bring that information to your visit, as well.
