Dr. Jibran Naseer MD

I moved to Bloomington in 2011 after completing my residency in Family Medicine at Michigan State University. After gaining 10+ years in a hospital-affiliated setting, I decided to steer my experience towards helping the community in a different capacity. I am board certified in Family Medicine and Urgent Medicine.

Bloomington quickly became home for my wife and three young kids. We love the small-town feel and the sense of community. My desire to serve the community with my vast experience in urgent care has led me to where I am today. I look forward to helping you!

Tracy VanApeldoorn NP

Growing up in rural Illinois on a grain and livestock farm I was exposed tomedical practice at an early age. Sustaining numerous farming injuries andencountering ER visits influenced me to pursue a career in the medical field.

I obtained my BSN from St. John’s College of Nursing in Springfield, IL. Movingforward 16 years, I completed my MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner degreethrough Walden University based out of Minneapolis, MN. The majority of mycareer has been in emergent and urgent care settings. I am a Family NursePractitioner as I enjoy seeing patients from newborn to geriatric and lookforward to assisting you in the urgent care clinic.

I am actively involved with my local fire department as a first responder andfirefighter. I enjoy spending time off with my husband, Erik, and our two dogchildren, Gus and Wanda. Together, we are working on renovating our countryhomestead and enjoy traveling to new places.
